Jakarta to remain economic hub after Indonesia moves capital city
Indonesia's parliament on Thursday designated a special status for Jakarta, keeping the metropolis as the country's economic epicentre, as the Southeast Asian country is planning to move the capital city to Borneo island.

US supports Indonesia in developing new capital city
The U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) has approved grant funding of IDR31.3 billion (over $2 million) to Indonesia to develop its new capital city of Nusantara (IKN).
