Chef Marco worked at Hyatt Regency Danang from 2014 to 2016 as a sous chef. He moved to Grand Hyatt Shenzhen and worked there as chef de cuisine from 2016 to 2018, where he led the kitchen at La Terrazza, the hotel’s trattoria-style Italian restaurant.

Before rejoining the Danang facility, he also worked as chef de cuisine at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi as part of the pre-opening team from 2018 to 2021.

Upon his return, the chef and the team have begun to redevelop Green House into an authentic Italian restaurant, serving casual and fun Italian cuisine and modern versions of Italian classics, from the coast to the heart of Italy, for both lunch and dinner. The restaurant’s unique signature dishes include Danang’s longest pizza, freshly made pasta, and the ‘Share Share’ concept.

In celebration of the launch of its new menu, the Green House is offering a special promotion of pre-dinner bottomless Aperol Spritz and a plate of cold cuts and cheese from 5 pm to 6 p.m, priced at only from VND450,000 ($19) per person.
