Construction of $3.7 bln Hanoi Ring Road 4 to begin on June 25
Construction of the VND85.81 trillion ($3.65 billion) Ring Road 4 around Hanoi is set to begin on June 25, with completion set for 2026 and a public opening in 2027, said Dinh Tien Dung, chief of Hanoi's Party Committee, on Tuesday.
