The Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers' Association (VAMA), not including VinFast and Hyundai, sold 30,876 vehicles in the first two months of 2024, down 23% year-on-year.

Vietnam sold 137,327 cars in the first half of the year and was the fifth largest market in ASEAN, according to the ASEAN Automotive Federation (AAF).
