Vietnamese conglomerate CT Group recently held its “Sowing the seeds of kindness” program, an annual initiative in the educational sector expected to reap trees of gratitude.

The event, organized in Ho Chi Minh City on November 17, was one of the traditional programs by CT Group to show its appreciation for Vietnamese teachers’ substantial contributions to the educational sector.

Despite current challenges in doing business, the group’s board of directors continues to carry out the corporation’s 30-year strategy, from 2022 to 2052. They have been working hard to catch up with the global fourth industrial revolution. With the goal of recruiting 25,000 staff members by 2025, CT Group is building its Talent Acquisition Center and institutes to develop high-quality human resources.

Each CT staff member is entitled to remuneration policies in a new working environment to improve their career development. They have their own chances to explore and develop their potential through the company’s “360-degree policy” - developing all aspects in their physical and spiritual life. CT offers a series of unexpected and periodic reward policies, including vacations, tourism events, and shopping sprees.

At the November 17 event, CT Group launched its strategic cooperation with the Polytechnic University of National University HCMC. On this occasion, the group also announced its sponsorship activities for students of the HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The outstanding incentives include interest-free student loans for tuition, the “You have a job, you have a house” program, and student scholarships.

“Through our strategic cooperation ties and sponsorship activities with universities and educational institutions, CT Group wishes to make contributions to society and accompany students on the meaningful journey of sowing the seeds of gratitude and kindness,” said CT Group vice chairman Vu Hong Quang.
