The factory was set to start operations by the fourth quarter of 2024, supplying shoes of different types, and making footwear materials like insoles, adhesives, shoe cosmetics, and foam to sell to other businesses.

It has an annual design capacity of 36 million pairs of insoles, 30 million pairs of uppers, and 12 million yards of fabric and foam padding of various kinds.

The project, covering 4.5 hectares in Thai Hoa town, will create 500 jobs. A Thai Hoa official said the local administration has coordinated with the investor to complete procedures, speed up site clearance, and other legal procedures to ensure smooth project progress.

Shun An Co., the project investor, is a subsidiary of Brilliant Top International Group Co., headquartered in Anguilla, a British overseas territory in the Caribbean.
