Retail prices of gasoline, oil in Vietnam down

Retail prices of gasoline and oil in Vietnam went down by VND300-750 ($0.01-0.03) per liter on Tuesday, amid the fall of global prices for kerosene and diesel oil and small fluctuations of gasoline prices.

RON 95-III gasoline went down to VND23,443 ($0.99) per liter, while E5 RON 92 hit VND22,542 ($0.95).

Kerosene decreased by VND748 to VND20,846 ($0.88) a liter, while diesel oil fell by VND756 to VND20,806 ($0.88) per liter.

Mazut oil climbed up by VND615 to VND14,251 ($0.6) per kilogram.

Vietnamese authorities have continued to avoid using the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund, and continued to extract VND600 per liter of diesel oil and VND200 per liter of kerosene for provisions.
