International innovation service provider Zuhlke on Friday appointed its Vietnam general manager Tran Nhan Quy as the country lead for its global delivery center in the nation.

Quy took over the role from Nils Weinzierl, who was instrumental in the early setup of the Vietnam location. Weinzierl has been appointed by Zuhlke as head of practice for software excellence in Asia.

Quy, a Vietnamese national, joined the Swiss company in October 2021 as the Vietnam general manager with more than 16 years of leadership experience in agile software development and technical project management.

Prior to Zuhlke, he was head of the delivery unit at ELCA Vietnam, responsible for running the unit of more than 100 employees, and building up personnel teams to deliver solutions to customers.

Jonas Trindler, Zuhlke’s Asia CEO, said, “As our first global delivery center in the region, Zuhlke Vietnam underscores our long-term strategy and ambition in Asia, enabling us to offer more flexibility on our business scale and delivery capability across borders.

“We are confident that Quy’s experience and vision together with the well-established team in the local market will be invaluable in helping us set higher standards in attracting regional talents and strengthening our global services to deliver impactful client value,” Trindler said.

Zuhlke was founded in Switzerland in 1968 and is owned by its partners. The firm says it has about 1,600 employees in Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Hong Kong, Portugal, Serbia, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK, and Vietnam, serving clients from a wide range of industries.
