Khai Hoan Lower and Upper Secondary School - Saigon South (Victoria School) made its debut in Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday morning.
A school inauguration ceremony welcomed more than 1,000 participants, including students, parents and many prestigious educational institutions at home and abroad.
The event marked an important milestone of Victoria School in the pursuit of UNESCO's Happy School model, opening the first school year with many promises.
