Van Don International Airport in Quang Ninh currently has two domestic flights from Van Don-Da Nang and Van Don-Ho Chi Minh City operated by Vietnam Airlines and Bamboo Airways.

Put into operation in 2018, Van Don Airport has modern infrastructure, qualified to serve domestic and international flights. Its designed capacity is about 10 million passengers per year.

Quang Ninh province is home to several popular tourist destinations like Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, the Yen Tu relic site, and other islands.
