Dragon Capital Vietnam Fund Management has forged a partnership with payment service provider Payoo to facilitate payments to the fund's certificate investors.
Under the partnership, the QR code payment function provided by Payoo has been integrated into the payment process on the DragonX investment platform.
Vietnam-based fintech firm Payoo regularly serves about 20 million transactions monthly, said Ngo Trung Linh, CEO of VietUnion, the Payoo operator.
Payoo says it connects with more than 100 banks, finance and insurance companies, together with more than 2,000 Vietnamese business partners.
Dragon Capital, a leading investment firm in Vietnam, currently manages almost $7 billion worth of assets.
