Ha Tinh has allowed Onsen Fuji Group JSC to develop a luxury beach resort, named Wyndham Costa Ha Tinh, in the central province.

The project, located on an area of 66 hectares in Thach Van and Thach Tri communes, Thach Ha district, will be built within three years since approval.

It will be capitalized at VND952 billion ($41.6 million), of which equity accounts for 20% and loans for the remainder.

Onsen Fuji will build a hotel providing resort apartments managed by the U.S.’s Wyndham Hotel Group, with about 1,000 rooms and commercial service areas, including entertainment facilities.

Another component is a shoptel area, supplying 500 houses that can offer both retail space and accommodation services to tourists, also managed by Wyndham Hotel Group.

The project, with a lifespan of 50 years, will connect with existing tourist areas like Thach Hai, Quynh Vien, and Thien Cam to create a tourism complex with a variety of colors and functions.

Onsen Fuji Group JSC has its head office at 1 Pham Huy Thong street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi. The firm's main business lines are tour booking, tour organizing and promotion services.

It officially came into operation in October 2018, with a charter capital of VND500 billion ($21.8 million). The legal representative is Dang Thanh Tu, Chairwoman of Onsen Fuji Travel Service JSC.

Onsen Fuji is the investor of the Wyndham Thanh Thuy hotel and resort complex project in Phu Tho province, northern Vietnam.
