AAA Insurance partners with Erax, Digins to implement insurance governance software project
AAA Insurance Corporation, Erax JSC and Digins Technology JSC last Wednesday signed a cooperation deal to implement a multi-channel product distribution and insurance governance software project named Blue Ocean System (BOS).
The signing ceremony, held at AAA’s headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City, had the presence of Tran Doan Dat, standing vice board chairman cum general director of AAA; Doan Trong Thang, AAA’s deputy general director of operations; Nguyen Anh Nguyen, founder, board chairman and general director of Erax JSC; Do Duc Thang, general director of Digins Technology JSC, and other company leaders.
Blue Ocean System is part of AAA's digital transformation strategy and one of the company's four development pillars for the period 2025-2027.
It will help optimize the process of providing insurance products to customers, expand the capacity to distribute products on multiple technology platforms and channels, develop sales channels quickly, and enhance competitive advantages on technology platforms.
Blue Ocean System features artificial intelligence technologies to bring convenience to customers when experiencing AAA insurance products and services.
Specifically, under this agreement, Digins will implement Blue Ocean System. The project is scheduled to be officially put into operation on December 1, 2024.
Meanwhile, Erax will coordinate to monitor, evaluate and comprehensively advise on the features of the software provided by Digins, ensuring its feasibility and efficiency and AAA's requirements to be met.

At the signing ceremony, Tran Doan Dat, general director of AAA Insurance, said: “In recent years, the insurance industry has faced unprecedented challenges. However, AAA has shown continuous efforts, maintaining an average growth rate higher than the market.
“When it comes to product improvement, technology platforms are key. AAA Insurance believes that the three-party cooperation will open a new chapter for AAA Insurance to achieve great success in the future,” he added.

The cooperation agreement is the basis for the three parties to jointly develop a detailed cooperation plan, effectively using all resources and taking advantage of their strengths to achieve the set goals.
At the ceremony, corporate leaders expressed their belief that the deal will open up many development opportunities.
After the ceremony, they will immediately make detailed plans and implement the agreed cooperation contents.

AAA Insurance is a member of Bamboo Capital Group. In the development strategy that Bamboo Capital Group plans for AAA Insurance in the period 2025-2027, digital transformation is a top priority.
The Blue Ocean System project is significant as it affirms AAA Insurance’s determination to improve the capacity and efficiency of its IT systems.
In the coming time, AAA Insurance’s board of directors will continue to create favorable conditions, closely direct, allocate resources adequately to maintain and improve the company's IT systems, and use modern technology as foundation for development, the company stated.
In such a way, the company will provide outstanding products to customers, bringing convenient and quick experiences to them and turning AAA Insurance into a top 10 non-life insurer in Vietnam amid tense competition in the market.
