Alma Resort and The Anam in the coastal province of Khanh Hoa placed in the top 3 and 5, respectively, in the Best Family Resorts Worldwide list by Holidays with Kids, a specialist and guide in family travel and holidays.

Notably, Alma Resort was only ranked lower than the two world famous locations Atlantis Dubai in the United Arab Emirates and Disneyland Hotel in Paris, France.

Alma is a popular five-star resort that "offers luxurious accommodation for families on 30 beachfront hectares of scenic Cam Ranh," the magazine noted.

At Alma, there are a splash park with the biggest pool in town, a mini golf course, and a cinema, while "suites and pavilions offer mesmerising ocean views, with plenty of space for families".

Regarding the other resort, the article read: "With a private beach on one side and dramatic mountain views on the other, The Anam in Cam Ranh Bay is picture-perfect."

The five-star resort is known for its colonial era charm and views of one of Vietnam’s most beautiful beaches. Its staff can organize a fishing excursion in a traditional Vietnamese boat and other cultural experiences.

"Whether in the spa, at the recreation and fitness center, taking part in water sports, yoga and tennis, watching movies, hanging out at the kids club, or just relaxing with a cocktail and a good book, at The Anam there are ample ways to enjoy the serene magic of a tropical getaway," wrote Lifestyle Asia, a digital news platform on luxury lifestyle.

The resort also made to the top 25 of most luxury resorts in Asia in Reader Choice Awards 2021 released by Condé Nast Traveller magazine.

Khanh Hoa, with Cam Ranh and Nha Trang Bay, is one of Vietnam's top tourist attractions. The province, endowed with stunning natural sites and sandy beaches, is home to several islands situated close to each other with the largest being Hon Tre.
