Archetype Group was responsible for the architectural design, interior design, exterior and landscape design and façade engineering scopes of work. This project has been awarded the LEED Platinum certificate, the highest rating by the U.S. Green Building Council.
The e.town 6, the newest member of the e.town Campus family, features 37,000 square meters of premier-grade office space boasting outstanding environmental standards
The soft launch of e.town 6 took place on June 27, with the presence of François Magnier, the group's chairman, and Jean-François Chevance, the lead architect of the building.

Spanning 79,779 sqm, the e.town 6 offers a comprehensive work environment with 14 dedicated office floors, a spacious four-level underground car park, a convenient underground food court, a naturally ventilated ground floor, and a top floor with amenities including a swimming pool and terraces.
It features energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, rainwater harvesting systems, and green roofs to reduce heat absorption. These features not only reduce the building's carbon footprint but also promote healthier work environments.
The building's striking atrium, visible from the office spaces above, serves as a lively hub and allows for natural ventilation. The front facade, with its dynamically angled windows, adds a unique aesthetic appeal.
François Magnier, chairman of Archetype Group, said: "The opening of e.town 6 marks a significant milestone in the journey of Vietnam's green building transformation, and we are proud to be a part of it".
Archetype Group is a leading international construction consultancy company. Since 2002, the company has been working on over 1,500 projects in 50 different countries.
