Thai shareholder to pocket $22.7 mln as Binh Minh Plastics pays dividends of 126%
Major shareholder Nawaplastic Industries, a member of Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG), will receive over VND567 billion ($22.65 million) in cash as Binh Minh Plastics JSC plans to devote up to 99% of its 2023 after-tax profit to dividends at a rate of 126%.

Binh Minh Plastics to pay $353,000 in fines, tax arrears
Binh Minh Plastics JSC, a subsidiary of Nawaplastic Industries which is a member of Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG), will pay over VND8.6 billion ($352,800) in fines and tax arrears per a decision by the General Department of Taxation.

SCG-backed Binh Minh Plastics reports highest quarterly profit in 6 years
Binh Minh Plastics JSC reported a post-tax profit of VND294.6 billion ($11.94 million) in the second quarter of 2023, a new record since it became a subsidiary of Nawaplastic Industries, a member of Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG), in 2018.
