Ciputra Hanoi Badminton marks milestone at Malaysia International Tournament

The general department of sports and physical training under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on September 5 issued a decision to send nine members of the national badminton team to participate in the Petronas Malaysia International Series 2025 from September 7-13 in Malaysia.

Among them, the Ciputra Hanoi Badminton Team had three outstanding young athletes selected to join the national team.

Notably, athlete Bui Bich Phuong performed excellently, surpassing many strong opponents to advance to the finals and win the Silver Medal at Singles Woman. She is one of Ciputra Hanoi’s most prominent young faces in recent years and is expected by the coaching staff to continue strong development in the coming time.

All expenses for the tournament were sponsored by Ciputra Hanoi International City according to its approved annual sponsorship budget, helping athletes get highest target in competition and demonstrate their determination to conquer high achievements on the international stage.

The Petronas Malaysia International Series 2025 attracted more than 400 players from 20 countries, serving as a valuable opportunity for Vietnamese athletes to compete, gain experience, and affirm their position.

The success of Bui Bich Phuong not only contributed to raising the profile of the national team but also recognized the results of Ciputra Hanoi’s financial support in training and developing Vietnam’s sports talents.

Notably, from now until the end of the year, the Hanoi team will have the opportunity to participate in twp international tournaments held in Vietnam: Lining Vietnam International Series 2025 (October 21-26, Ninh Binh) and Felet Vietnam International Series 2025 (October 28-November 2, Bac Ninh).

The national team will also compete in the Asian Junior Badminton Championships 2025 from October 21-26 in Chengdu, China. The call-up list includes two promising young athletes of Ciputra Hanoi Badminton team, Hoang Tien Dat and Nguyen Quoc Bao - who are expected to continue the success and bring achievements for Vietnamese sports.

With these outstanding marks in 2025, the Ciputra Hanoi Badminton Team continues to affirm its position as one of the important contributors to Vietnamese badminton. T
