Danang, "a culinary powerhouse with an array of palate-pleasing delights", has been listed among 18 great group trip locations, according to Travel + Leisure.

"The night market stalls overflow with fresh-hauled seafood, and the fragrant aroma of bun cha ca (noodles with fish balls) fills the air outside the cafes. Besides mouth-watering food, there are sandy beaches, the Marble Mountains, the Ba Na Hills, and the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort for a swish group stay," says Lindsay Cohn wrote on the U.S. travel site.

Other places in the list recommended by Cohn are: Tokyo (Japan), Ibiza (Spain), Santa Teresa (Costa Rica), Scottsdale (Arizona), Capri (Italy), Cartagena (Colombia), Amsterdam (Netherlands), St. Thomas, New Orleans (Louisiana), Aspen (Colorado), Bali, (Indonesia), Milwaukee (Wisconsin), Marrakech (Morocco), Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), London (UK), Vancouver (Canada) and Mykonos (Greece).

"Some spots are just inherently better suited for a fabulous group trip. And that can take many forms. It might mean lively nightlife, stellar restaurants with space to accommodate your entire crew, loads of activities, or wide, sandy beaches for everyone to sprawl out in the sunshine," the author wrote.

Previuosly, Danang was ranked seventh in a list of top 25 trending global destinations for 2020 by TripAdvisor. Culinary tours are a hugely popular way to experience the local flavor, the world’s largest travel website commented.

Recently, Danang and Hoi An made the list of nine new around the world private jet itineraries for 2023, which includes experiences on six continents. The list is drawn up by TCS World Travel, America's private jet exploration and luxury tour operator.
