KITA Group accelerates expansion strategy in southern Vietnam
KITA Group is ramping up expansion in southern Vietnam after establishing its presence in the north, backed by a land bank of nearly 500 hectares across key locations in the region.
The developer said it is pursuing a long-term strategy focused on legal transparency, smart solutions and community-oriented urban development, rather than rapid expansion.
Southern push built on infrastructure growth
One of the group’s flagship southern projects is ANSANA by KITA, a nearly 2.5-hectare development located on Vo Van Kiet Boulevard in western Ho Chi Minh City.
With a construction density below 40%, the project benefits from direct connectivity between the city’s western districts and the central business area. Residents can access the former Districts 1, 5, 6 and 8, as well as the southern urban zone, within minutes.
The company expects the planned Binh Tien bridge project, due to begin in 2026, to further support property values in the area by easing congestion and improving connectivity to southern districts.

Another development, Kieu by KITA, targets the inner-city market in the former District 5's center along Tran Hung Dao street. The project focuses on preserving the cultural identity of old Saigon while incorporating modern smart-living standards.
KITA Group said the project addresses the scarcity of new housing supply in central districts and offers completed legal ownership documents, allowing buyers to move in immediately.
Can Tho city, Vinh Long province projects target regional growth
In the Mekong Delta, KITA Airport City spans more than 150 hectares and is positioned as a large-scale satellite urban development in Can Tho city.
The project includes shophouses, apartments, villas and land plots, with integrated amenities aimed at supporting both residential and commercial activity. The company said the development reflects its ambitions in large-scale urban planning in southern Vietnam.
Meanwhile, KITA Aqua Avenue in Vinh Long province is being developed as a mixed-use riverside urban area integrating modern architecture with local ecological features.
The developer said it has proposed allocating land for social housing to support workers linked to the Hoa Phu Industrial Park, positioning the project as part of broader sustainable urban development efforts.
82 apartments in the Kieu by KITA project are ready for handover with ownership certificates, allowing customers to move in immediately.
Focus on governance and legal readiness
KITA Group said its next growth phase would prioritize governance depth over rapid expansion, focusing on what it described as the “three pillars” of legal compliance, construction progress and product quality.
The company is also preparing land reserves in transit-oriented development (TOD) areas in Ho Chi Minh City and satellite provinces such as Vinh Long and Lam Dong, aiming to benefit from future infrastructure upgrades.
Deputy CEO Tang Le Hoang said the group’s long-term objective was not simply to develop real estate projects but to build sustainable urban ecosystems that contribute to local economic development.
With several projects already completing legal procedures, KITA Group said it is moving from an accumulation phase into a new growth cycle.
