Last December, he was appointed as Techcombank's deputy general director.
NCB's executive board now includes Ta Kieu Hung, general director, and two deputy general directors Hoang Thu Trang and Pham Thi Hien.
NCB, previously known as Navibank, has also agreed to part ways with deputy general director Duong Thi Le Ha following a personal request.

At the end of March, NCB's total assets hit VND82.93 trillion ($3.5 billion), down 7% compared to the beginning of the year, of which customer loans reached VND46.7 trillion ($1.98 billion).
Notably, the bank's term deposits of customers in the period reached more than VND67.47 trillion ($2.87 billion), the highest in the past six quarters.
