Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Hong Minh has received a warning from the Central Inspection Committee for violations while he was leader of the state-owned Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation (Vicem).

After reviewing the results of accusations made against Minh, the committee found that he had violated the principles of democratic centralism, working regulations, and the Party members' code of conduct.

He also breached regulations on setting a good example as leader and committed violations in business management and personnel issues, causing the risk of state capital losses.

The Central Inspection Committee also determined that Party leaders at Vicem were responsible for the violations and shortcomings mentioned above.
