Eurowindow to build $339 mln urban area in Thai Binh province

Three subsidiaries of Eurowindow, Vietnam's leading producer of building materials, have registered to build a VND7.96 trillion ($339 million) urban area project in Thai Binh province, northern Vietnam.

Three subsidiaries of Eurowindow, Vietnam's leading producer of building materials, have registered to build a VND7.96 trillion ($339 million) urban area project in Thai Binh province, northern Vietnam.

The trio includes Thang Long Co., Ltd, EW Quang Binh Five Star., JSC and Eurowindow Nhatrang Investment and Tourism JSC.

The project, located in Tan Binh commune and Tien Phong ward, Thai Binh town, Thai Binh province, has a construction area of about 125.4 hectares, which currently comprise agricultural land, traffic routes and non-cleared land.

With construction density of 26%, the project can accommodate 11,480 people.

EW Quang Binh Five Star., JSC is headquartered in Quang Binh province. Thang Long Co., Ltd is the investor of the VND2 trillion ($85.28 million) Eurowindow River Park apartment project in Hanoi. The company is headquartered in Dong Anh district, Hanoi.

Eurowindow Nhatrang Investment and Tourism JSC, headquartered in Nha Trang town, is the investor of the 11.4-hectare Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh and the 33.33-hectare Mövenpick Resort Cam Ranh, both in Khanh Hoa province.

According to Thai Binh's Statistics Office, in 2022, the town had 12 housing projects underway, with a total investment of more than VND6 trillion ($255.87 million). Big investors include BID Group, Dragon Group, and American Real Estate JSC.
