FDI businesses in the northern Vietnam province of Bac Giang have announced hiring plans for the first quarter of 2024 that include over 13,000 personnel, according to the provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks.

FDI businesses in the northern Vietnam province of Bac Giang have announced hiring plans for the first quarter of 2024 that include over 13,000 personnel, according to the provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks.

The board said that firms, particularly those with foreign direct investment (FDI) in the province's industrial parks, will continue to grow in the first quarter of 2024, and have plans to hire new employees.

Specifically, 13 companies with a combined workforce of more than 13,000 are advertising job openings (including those for qualified and highly skilled individuals). Of which 7,430 workers are required by enterprises in February and 5,630 workers in March.

Some companies need a large number of employees, such as Fukang Technology Co., Ltd. (3,080) and Fuyu Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (2,550) in Quang Chau Industrial Park, and New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. (2,400) in Van Trung Industrial Park.

Workers will receive a consistent salary (based on the terms and roles of each company), a labor contract to sign, insurance during the probationary period, and a clean and air-conditioned environment.

Many companies provide meals, accommodation, transportation, attendance bonuses, and seniority benefits in addition to the base income.
