Four hotels on Phu Quoc Island, namely Novotel, Pullman, New World and JW Marriott, were honored Thursday at Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards with titles in different categories.
The Haute Grandeur Global Hotel Awards was established as an independent and unbiased initiative to honour the very highest achievements from across the global hotel industry in 2014, recognising exceptional contributions by outstanding hotels with CEO Marinique De Wet at the helm.
It aims to focus on hotels that do not want to win an “average” award and celebrates the very best in hotel experiences across seven continents, 172 countries and 90 categories.
Novotel Phu Quoc Resort
Novotel Phu Quoc Resort received the Best Honeymoon Hideaway Resort (Vietnam), Best Corporate Resort (Asia), Best Eco Friendly Resort (Asia), and Best Pool Villa Resort (Asia) titles.

Phu Quoc became well-known globally after the government allowed 30-day visa-free entry to the island in 2014. The island received five million visitors in 2019, pre-pandemic, 541,600 of them foreigners, according to official data.
