The central province of Thua Thien-Hue is looking for a developer capable of implementing a VND4.3 trillion ($176.5 million) ecological urban area project in Thuy Thanh commune, Huong Thuy township.
According to the provincial Department of Planning and Investment, the 56.7-hectare project, as part of the Thanh Toan ecological urban area, will have a lifetime of 50 years and be built over 84 months from land allocation.
The project will include about 1,000 low-rise houses, including townhouses and villas; and about 118,000 square meters of commercial service floor along with educational and sports facilities, serving the expected population of about 3,500.
Regarding conditions, the department said that the investor must have minimum equity of over VND647 billion ($26.59 million). The investor or its members must have conducted at least one project in the role of equity contributor or main contractor.
To quailify, urban area projects with the investor as equity contributor that have been completed or nearly completed within the last five years must have a total minimum investment of more than VND2,158 billion ($88.7 million), while the investor’s minimum contribution must be nearly VND324 billion ($13.3 million).
Urban area projects with the investor as main contractor that have been completed or nearly completed within the last five years must have a minimum investment of nearly VND1,675 billion ($68.8 million).
The deadline for registrations is 3 p.m. on January 22, 2024.
