The CAAV anticipated the number of foreign flyers going in and out of Vietnam will continue to grow as China has eased its Covid-19 rules and regular flights between the two countries are gradually resuming.

According to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, domestic tourists were 101 million last year, exceeding the target of 60 million set at the beginning of the year. However, the number of international tourists to Vietnam was only 3.5 million, equal to 70% of the target.
