The government plans to present the draft resolution to the National Assembly, the country's legislature, for approval at its ongoing session.
The proposed resolution is expected to introduce breakthrough solutions to address existing bottlenecks and obstacles in the social housing sector, accelerating project timelines and reducing construction time.
It also aims to expand access to affordable housing for low-income individuals, contributing to the broader objective of building at least one million social housing units for low-income earners and industrial park workers during the 2021-2030 period.
The seminar will bring together representatives from National Assembly committees, ministries, relevant government agencies, economic experts, corporate leaders, and commercial banks.
