Man to face trial for allegedly smuggling seven Vietnamese into UK
Anas Al Mustafa, from Heather Crescent, Swansea, is set to go on trial on August 5 for allegedly trying to smuggle seven Vietnamese migrants into the UK in the back of a specially adapted van.

Trial of Van Thinh Phat chairwoman, accomplices to last nearly 2 months
The chairwoman of real estate developer Van Thinh Phat and her husband will be put on a first instance trial by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court from March 5 to April 29 for causing losses of VND484 trillion ($19.73 billion) to private lender Saigon Commercial Bank (SCB).

HCMC court suspends 'faulty beer bottles' lawsuit against brewer Sabeco
The Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court on Tuesday decided to suspend a lawsuit filed by a local resident five years ago against Vietnam’s largest brewer Sabeco for compensation over “faulty beer bottles” due to the plaintiff’s repeated absences.
