Striking employees return to work at Taiwan-invested footwear firm in central Vietnam
All 7,000 employees of Taiwan-invested footwear maker Viet Glory Co. Ltd. in Nghe An province returned to work Monday morning, a week after striking work demanding better pay and working conditions.

7,000 employees of Taiwan-invested footwear firm strike work in central Vietnam
Nearly 7,000 workers of footwear maker Viet Glory Co. Ltd., or 90% of its workforce, began a strike Monday afternoon demanding changes to “unfair” benefit policies of the Taiwan-invested firm.
