AAA Insurance opens new head office in HCMC
AAA Insurance, a Bamboo Capital Group company, opened a new head office in Ho Chi Minh City on Thursday, laying solid foundations for its nationwide development.
It is located at President Place on Nguyen Du Street, District 1, the city’s financial centre.
This marked an important milestone in the insurer’s network expansion following its merger into Bamboo Capital, one of Vietnam's top multi-sector corporations, late last year.
During the event, AAA introduced its sales website, providing customers with optimal benefits and experiences. Personal clients will soon be able to register and log in for insurance purchases, contract renewals, and compensation claims.
An AAA iSale application for sales personnel was also unveiled after more than three months of trials.
These activities are part of the insurer's digital transformation process as it strives to become Vietnam's first non-life insurance focusing on modern digital technology development.
“2022 has been recognized as a critical year for AAA Insurance to create impressive breakthroughs and outstanding growth,” said an executive.

The company's top priority this year is to establish a nationwide network, and consistently improve service quality following five-star standards, providing consumers with the most advanced and convenient experience.
Its current achievements are proof of the firm's efforts to become one of the market's leading non-life insurance companies, delivering an ideal workplace for all employees.
AAA Insurance was founded in 2005. Over 17 years of operation, the company currently has 51 branches and 100 transaction offices across Vietnam.
The insurer in May expanded its distribution channel via partnerships with Marsh Vietnam Insurance Broker and Eximbank.
