Culturally dynamic building rises up in HCMC’s District 3
A cultural iconic structure, inspired by seven contemporary arts forms, is coming to the vibrant urban life full of green spaces in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 3.
The investor also says that the new building, CT Plaza Minh Chau, will add to District 3’s unique atmosphere, which is marked by an abundance of green spaces, tree-shaded streets and red-tiled houses featuring European architecture.
The presence of modern high-rises alongside ancient houses gives the district a special vibe that has seen it ranked 18th among the world’s 50 coolest neighborhoods.

The developer says that the five-star high-rise building carries the influence of seven contemporary art forms - music, painting, architecture, sculpture, literature, poetry and cinematography.
From the outside, CT Plaza Minh Chau wears a modern, luxurious look with shining blue glass and a red thread highlight running from the bottom to the top. And although the building is a closed space, it has green and fresh spaces on all four sides.
On the inside, the building features several cultural areas, libraries, book cafes and movie clubs, not to mention a large collection of paintings and music.
The building stands on Le Van Sy street, already a shopping and street food hub that evokes nostalgia among residents and overseas Vietnamese for the old Saigon atmosphere.
The location of CT Plaza Minh Chau is very central. It takes approximately the same time to reach District 1, the Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Tan Binh district, District 5, District 10 and District Phu Nhuan. The building is also close to the streets of Truong Sa and Hoang Sa that wind their parallel ways on either side of a canal.
The building’s surrounding areas teem with supermarkets, traditional markets, Asian and European restaurants, universities, schools, hospitals and parks. The CT Plaza Minh Chau stands calm amidst this urban bustle and is poised to become a popular architectural and cultural landmark in District 3.
