Dongwha Pharm acquires Trung Son Pharma 51% stake for $30 mln
South Korea’s Dongwha Pharm said Thursday it will acquire a 51% stake in Vietnam’s Trung Son Pharma for KRW39.12 billion ($29.86 million).

Vietnam-South Korea wood firm to make $125 mln factory expansion
VRG Dongwha MDF, a wood joint venture between South Korea's Dongwha International and state-run Vietnam Rubber Group, plans to invest VND3,000 billion ($125.6 million) in expanding its third production line in the southern province of Binh Phuoc.
