This year marks the 35th anniversary of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) - a journey not only measured by time, but also deeply engraved by the imprint of its people, corporate culture, innovation initiatives, scientific research, social security, and aspirations to rise higher.

From the initial "small seeds" full of difficulties, PV Gas has continuously grown, becoming one of the pillars of national energy and a pioneer in Vietnam's gas industry, contributing to ensuring energy security and food security and accompanying the country's prosperous development.

The 35-year journey was built by the intelligence, courage, and passion of more than 4,000 employees, nurtured by a corporate culture rich in identity - where the spirit of solidarity and innovation and the desire to reach out urge the company to conquer all challenges.

Impressive growth steps and modern gas infrastructure projects across the country, along with prestigious international and domestic awards and certifications are clear evidence of the company's sustainable development journey.

PV Gas has made its mark with key, significant developments: forming and expanding a modern gas industry system, pioneering in the field of LNG, developing the domestic market and reaching out globally, affirming its pioneering role and increasingly profound influence in the Vietnamese energy industry.

On that journey, the PV Gas people are the most solid foundation. They carry the “spirit of solidarity, innovation, resilience, and creativity, turning challenges into opportunities and aspirations into reality".

Accompanying the people is the corporate culture with five core values - safety, professionalism, innovation, cooperation, and efficiency - like the “glue” that binds all the people, spreading the spirit of “Lighting up the country”.

With such a foundation, PV Gas not only builds a strong collective, but also creates its own identity full of pride.

The corporation's communication campaign “35 years - Lighting up the country” is not only a tribute to the past, but also an affirmation of the present and belief in the future through the journey of retelling proud stories of the PV Gas collective and spreading sustainable values and aspirations for innovation, thereby continuing to light up the future of green, modern and sustainable energy for Vietnam.

On this occasion, PV Gas will introduce a series of special articles which are vivid slices reflecting the proud 35-year journey of PV Gas. Not only depicting the big picture of the corporation, the articles open up a multi-dimensional and close perspective on its members and affiliated units - important links contributing to the common strength.

The articles are about the PV Gas people who light the fire with intelligence and courage; about the corporate culture – the "glue" that binds the people together; about the journey of formation and development – from "small seeds" to key gas projects; about social responsibility – sharing with the community; and the initiatives, research, and technological breakthroughs that are creating a green energy future.

Each article is not only a story about the past journey, but also a bridge connecting the past with the present and opening up faith for the future. That is where values are cherished, inherited, and continued, so that the flame of faith and aspiration of PV Gas never goes out, always burns brightly, illuminating the way for many generations today and tomorrow.

The past 35 years have been a source of pride, but they are only the beginning. Given that solid foundation, PV Gas has embarked on a new journey with pioneering spirit, a desire for innovation, and the mission of maintaining national energy and food security, while pioneering on the path of green energy.

A new journey has begun – a journey in which PV Gas will continue to “Light up the country”, spread trust, and build a sustainable future for the country.
