MBBank offers free app for business households' sales management, electronic invoice issuance
MBBank (MB) is offering its mSeller application for free – a solution to support sales management and issuance of electronic invoices exclusively for business households, small traders, and micro-sized enterprises.
The move comes in response to the government's Decree 70/2025/ND-CP on strengthening tax administration related to business households.

Easy way for business households to comply with Decree 70
Decree 70, effective from June 1, 2025, stipulates that business households must fully implement electronic invoice issuance and tax declarations in accordance with legal procedures.
This means many business households and small shops face difficulties in the digital transformation process, especially because the cost of investing in cash registers, sales software, or invoice printing equipment is not small.
In response to the mandatory requirement for business households, MB has announced a program of offering its mSeller application for free, which can be installed and used directly on smartphones.
The mSeller app is a sales management application developed by MB, helping customers to place sales orders, manage revenues, and make payments quickly via dynamic QR codes of the bank.
Notably, mSeller allows business households and sellers to issue electronic invoices while supporting data synchronization for tax declaration and settlement in accordance with the regulations of state tax agencies. Thereby, business people can fully comply with the provisions of Decree 70 quickly, easily and cost-effectively.
Sellers without professional accounting background and specialized equipment can still issue electronic invoices
The mSeller app is designed to be minimalistic and easy to operate on the phone, helping sellers place orders and issue electronic invoices following a few touches on the phone.
Without a specialized accounting background, an accounting software, and buying a printer or cash register, sellers can still ensure full compliance with the provisions of Decree 70.
Vu Hong Phu, executive board member and a representative of MB, said: "More than 15,000 small businesses such as grocery stores, eateries, and home appliance stores have successfully used the mSeller app without having to hire accountants or invest in additional equipment. MB expects the number of users to increase sharply in the coming time, when the new regulations officially take effect."

In addition to the free mSeller app, MB possesses another advanced tool - the MB Smart Payment Speaker. Accordingly, with this single integrated sales device, sellers not only can manage orders and revenue and issue electronic invoices, but also receive hands-free audio notifications through a speaker when there is a money transfer into their account.
Sellers will not lose any money in daily store operations which are often busy and have few support resources.
The advanced feature is especially useful in crowded sales situations or operations at retail points, helping sellers confirm payments immediately, limit confusion, and increase transparency when reconciling.
Digital transformation for business households, shop owners not far away
mSeller integrates outstanding features such as order management and electronic invoice issuance according to regulations and data synchronization for tax declarations completely on the phone.
The mSeller app is easy to use, easy to install, and highly compatible with many sales models, from small shops, affordable eateries, and traditional market stalls to online sales via social networks.
MB understood that the community of business households and shop owners still had many enquiries as the dealine of June 1, 2025 per Decree 70 approached.
Therefore, the bank has continuously opened support channels to answer questions and provide guidance through (1) MB 24/7 Customer Care Call Center: 1900545426 - 02437674050; (2) Contact the nearest branch for support from the bank's staff.
