Quang Binh to open second night street
Quang Binh, home to the world's largest natural cave Son Doong, is planning to operate a nighttime and lakeside walking street to boost tourism.
Dat Xanh Mien Trung Group, a real estate developer, will invest in both streets as part of its Regal Legend project.
The streets will be located in the Bao Ninh 1 urban area, or the Regal Legend international tourism urban area, on the Bao Ninh commune peninsula in Dong Hoi town, Quang Binh province. The project, proposed by the Department of Tourism and Dat Xanh Mien Trung, was approved by provincial authorities.
The area will provide tourists a world of shopping, entertainment, and high-class health care experiences.
Previously, on April 23, 2021, Quang Binh launched the Dong Hoi town nighttime street zone. The area was built in the city center, alongside the picturesque Nhat Le River, on Phan Boi Chau and Dong Hai streets.
Quang Binh boasts a world-famous natural resource endowment. Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, a series of beaches on the Bao Ninh peninsula, and especially Son Doong cave are must-see attractions.
Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, Hoi An, Quang Binh and Lang Son province are among localities having nighttime streets as tourist attractions.
