Who’s the owner of Casablanca JSC?
Real estate developer Casablanca JSC has completed payment of both principal and interest for bond code LDTCH213001 valued at VND240 billion ($10.14 million).
The bonds were issued in November 2021 and had the maturity date of May 22, 2023. The firm, based in the southern coastal province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau, completed the payments in end-June, according to a recent announcement.

The fact that it has no outstanding bonds in the last five years is testament to the credibility Casablanca JSC has established among bondholders and the customer confidence it enjoys in the current market.
Casablanca JSC operates in accommodation services and realty project development in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province’s Vung Tau town. The firm is part of the CT Land ecosystem that covers various realty segments across Vietnam.
CT Land projects have been able to overcome market vagaries to have its products consistently increase in value and offer reasonable returns to investors. The realty giant credits a rational strategic approach with a sustained focus on customers’ real needs for its success.
