Once completed, the 22-hectare project will feature rehabilitation, healthcare and resort villas that meet international 5-star standards; a general health check-up area; an outdoor sports and entertainment area; a physical therapy area; an Oriental medicine area; a nutrition area; and a control center and other auxiliary facilities.

After winning the tender, the investor made a 1/500 plan which was approved by the provincial People's Committee and is pending the nod from the standing board of the provincial Party Committee.

In a recent inspection of the construction site, provincial Chairman Pham Anh Tuan asked the investor and the BEZA to speed up site clearance and compensation so that construction can kick off on schedule (January 2024).

Established in March 2022, Hong Duc Binh Dinh Hospital Company Limited is based in Nhon Hoi commune, Quy Nhon town, with Nguyen Huynh Nguyen Thach as its legal representative.
