5-star healthcare, resort complex to take shape in Binh Dinh province
Construction of a VND734 billion ($29.8 million) rehabilitation, healthcare and resort complex invested by Hong Duc Binh Dinh Hospital Company Limited will start next January in the south-central province of Binh Dinh.
Of the total investment, VND665 billion ($27.1 million) will be set for construction and VND69 billion ($2.8 million) for compensation and resettlement.

Once completed, the 22-hectare project will feature rehabilitation, healthcare and resort villas that meet international 5-star standards; a general health check-up area; an outdoor sports and entertainment area; a physical therapy area; an Oriental medicine area; a nutrition area; and a control center and other auxiliary facilities.
According to the Binh Dinh Economic Zone Administration (BEZA), the project was auctioned based on a 1/2000 plan. After winning the tender, the investor made a 1/500 plan which was approved by the provincial People's Committee and is pending the nod from the standing board of the provincial Party Committee.
In a recent inspection of the construction site, provincial Chairman Pham Anh Tuan asked the investor and the BEZA to speed up site clearance and compensation so that construction can kick off on schedule (January 2024).
Established in March 2022, Hong Duc Binh Dinh Hospital Company Limited is based in Nhon Hoi commune, Quy Nhon town, with Nguyen Huynh Nguyen Thach as its legal representative.
