50 BMW cars, 50 VIP tours available to Metro Star shophouse buyers
Ho Chi Minh City’s Metro Star residential and commercial project, designed by leading Singapore design firm Axis, is running a major promotional program for shophouse buyers.
The special program includes 50 BMW cars and 50 VIP tours to Portugal for those who buy Metro Star shophouses in Thu Duc City on June 20-29, 2022. The campaign is part of a series of activities designed to mark the 30th anniversary of HCMC-based private conglomerate CT Group, the parent corporation of the Metro Star project developer.

The project is located on the largest roundabout on Hanoi Highway - the most beautiful boulevard in eastern HCMC. The site is also a connection point with Ring Road 2 via Pham Van Dong and Mai Chi Tho streets.
Metro Star features two main products - apartments and shophouses - in open green space to offer residents an ideal place to live in. Inspired by the Myeongdong shopping street in Seoul, it will be home to a shopping district with entertainment facilities and food areas.
Metro Star shophouses will offer different options for buyers, including one ground floor and one upper floor, or one ground floor. Customers will be able to use them for trendy business ideas like fashion items, jewelry, cosmetics, shoes, bags, sports, beauty products, restaurants, coffee shops, spas, and showrooms. Buyers can also lease out the houses.
The project developer expects to finish roofing for Metro Star by the end of 2022.
