Bamboo Capital to conduct pre-feasibility study on important Soc Trang route

Soc Trang authorities have allowed Bamboo Capital Group to conduct a pre-feasibility study for the construction of Road 935C, an important project expected to boost local economic development.

Bamboo Capital will carry out the study together with its member company, the Transport and Industry Development Investment JSC (Tracodi).

Soc Trang Chairman Tran Van Lau asked revevant departments to provide information and guide the Bamboo Capital-Tracodi venture in conducting the pre-feasibility study.

Provincial Road 935C will play a significant role in boosting the socio-economic development of the Mekong Delta province of Soc Trang. It was proposed by the venture to be developed in the form of public-private partnership (PPP).

The road will be 39 kilometers long and 27.5 meters wide, with six lanes and a design speed of 80 kph.

The project, with a total investment of VND4,960 billion ($211.77 million), will be implemented in the period 2022-2026.
