CBRE acquires Paia Consulting to expand advisory services
Real estate services company CBRE has acquired Singapore-based specialist sustainability consulting firm Paia Consulting, the former said in a release.
The acquisition enables CBRE to double its resources and expand capabilities for CBRE’s sustainability services across the Asia-Pacific region.

Founded in 2002, Paia Consulting focuses on providing clients with sustainability strategy, implementation, and reporting services in Singapore and across the Southeast Asian region. The firm has worked with over 100 Singapore Exchange-listed firms.
After the acquisition, Paia Consulting’s professionals will integrate with CBRE’s existing ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services team in Singapore, which is the hub for CBRE’s sustainability services across the APAC region.
The combined team will offer an expanded suite of solutions, services, and training programs for clients across industries and sectors.
Carrie Johnson, who founded Paia Consulting in 2002, will serve as the lead consultant under the merged entity. Corrado Forcellati, who has been Paia Consulting’s managing director since joining in 2021, will be the new director of client sustainability strategy and solutions.
With the acquisition, “CBRE will be at the forefront of ESG advisory across Asia Pacific including Vietnam. CBRE professionals will be partnering with clients on reporting, training, compliance, benchmarking, developing, and executing ESG plans,” said Hang Dang, managing director of CBRE Vietnam.
