The project, located at Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park (IP), marks a new step forward in completing the ecosystem of utilities and support services for investors in Bac Tien Phong Industrial Park in particular and Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone in general.

It also strongly affirms DEEP C's commitment to synchronous and professional infrastructure development in Quang Ninh province, the government's news portal reported.

Hateco Group is a joint stock company operating in the fields of real estate, logistics, industrial park development, and seaport development.

The inauguration ceremony has the witness of Vietnam's standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and visiting King Philippe-Queen Mathilde of Belgium.

Bac Tien Phong IP (1,193 ha) and Nam Tien Phong IP (487 ha), invested by DEEP C, are oriented to become leading modern industrial-seaport-logistics centers in Vietnam and internationally.

The two IPs have attracted nearly $3 billion in registered investment capital from corporate tenants.

On the same day, standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh visited the Van Don International Airport and listened to a report on the upcoming investment in a hangar (for aircraft maintenance and repair) at the airport.

He also visited the high-end complex tourism service area project in Van Don Economic Zone and the Ha Long Xanh Complex Urban Area project in Ha Long town.

Quang Ninh is considered a miniature Vietnam with geographical advantages. The northern province is a strategic gateway connecting Vietnam with ASEAN and China.

Its infrastructure system has constantly been developed synchronously and modernly, especially transport infrastructure like roads, seaports and airports; urban infrastructure; and tourism infrastructure.

The province has continuously maintained double-digit economic growth and led the country in the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI).

Quang Ninh is now home to five economic zones, including coastal economic zones and border economic zones, with a total area of about 380,000 hectares.

It has planned to develop 23 industrial parks covering nearly 19,000 hectares. Of these, nine IPs have been established, attracting over 200 FDI projects with total registered investment capital of over $16 billion

Investing in its industrial parks and economic zones, investors will be offered the best investment incentives from the Government and Quang Ninh province.

Quang Ninh is home to world heritage site Ha Long Bay.
