F88 wins dual workplace awards for 2025
Vietnam’s consumer finance major F88 has been named one of "Vietnam Best Places to Work" and a “Happiness at Work” enterprise for 2025.
The results were announced by Anphabe, the organizer, in Ho Chi Minh City on Wednesday.
The recognition marks the company’s continued efforts over more than a decade to build a people-centered workplace, Anphabe stated.
The Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work ranking has been conducted annually since 2013 by employer-branding firm Anphabe under the sponsorship of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), with methodology verified by Intage Vietnam.

Winnie Lam, secretary general of the Hong Kong Business Association in Vietnam and member of the Vietnam Excellence 2025 advisory board, said F88 has demonstrated resilience and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
She added that flexible leadership and a development strategy grounded in human values have helped the company achieve sustainable progress.
Anphabe surveyed more than 73,000 respondents assessing workplace quality across over 650 companies in 18 industries. F88 ranked sixth in the financial services sector among medium-sized enterprises.
Besides placing in the top 100, F88 was recognized as a Happiness at Work enterprise after meeting 15 criteria set by Anphabe.
The company recorded an employee happiness index of 86%, above the sector average of 82%. Key indicators such as strategic consistency, benefits, and senior leadership scored between 87% and 92%, outpacing industry averages by 5 to 7 percentage points.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, F88's deputy CEO Nguyen Duc Dai said the honors reflect F88’s philosophy that sustainable growth depends on putting people at the center and building a strong corporate culture.
He said the company promotes a long-term cultural vision under the message “Excel with Joy,” which aims to support employees’ development and well-being.

Dai noted that F88’s culture is built around core values including kindness, integrity, agility and innovation, which guide employee behavior and support both organizational goals and personal growth.
F88 had been recognized by Anphabe in April as a company with strong employee engagement. In 2024, it was named a Great Place to Work and one of the top workplaces in Vietnam and Asia by GPTW.
Dai said the awards marked external acknowledgment of the company’s workplace environment and corporate culture built over 12 years of operations.
