HCMC appoints finance department chief
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has appointed the city's Taxation Agency director Le Duy Minh director of the municipal Department of Finance for five years from November 11, 2022.

Minh, 50, has a master's degree in business administration. He worked at the city's taxation agency from December 1994.
From 2002-2015, he was a tax inspector, then inspection division manager.
Minh was appointed deputy director of the taxation agency, in charge of its District 1 division, in March 2015.
In January 2020, he was appointed director of the agency and also its Party chief.
