HCMC-based Vien Dong Hotel serves vegetarian food throughout Vu Lan festival ancestral tribute
Vien Dong Hotel, a member of Ho Chi Minh City-based leading travel company BenThanh Tourist, will increase the frequency of its vegetarian buffets to serve customers during the Vu Lan festival ancestral tribute in the seventh lunar month.
The hotel, located at 275A Pham Ngu Lao street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, will serve vegetarian buffets every day from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. from August 3-September 3 (lunar July).

In particular, on August 3, 4, 17, 18 and September 2 and 3, the hotel will add a vegetarian buffet in the evening from 6 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. to meet the needs of customers during Vu Lan season.
After this period, the vegetarian buffet at Vien Dong Hotel will return to normal, held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m on the 14th, 15th, and 30th, and on the first of the lunar month every month.
Vien Dong Hotel, one of the top 10 three-star hotels in HCMC, is chosen by many customers for its vegetarian buffet. The buffet menu here includes 50 vegan dishes, including traditional Vietnamese vegetarian dishes combined with vegetarian dishes from around the world.
Located in the central district of HCMC, the hotel has great advantages in terms of geographical location and convenient transportation. The restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests, and is decorated in a modern and elegant style, creating a feeling of both spaciousness and coziness. Its background music includes gentle meditation rhythms, which help customers feel more comfortable and relaxed while dining.
The current price of the vegetarian buffet at Vien Dong Hotel is VND189,000 ($7.5) per person, with no surcharge on weekends or holidays. Customers get a 10% discount if they book one day in advance.
