Mekong Capital appoints chief people officer
Mekong Capital appointed Vuong Thi Huyen Nga as chief people officer on Tuesday, marking a significant step in the company's focus and core investment in building world-class leadership and management teams.
Before joining Mekong Capital, Nga held country leader and senior HR leadership roles at global and big local companies such as Navigos Group, Odgers Berndtson, RGF Executive Search (Recruit Group), Talentnet, and EQuest Group.
She has over 28 years of international experience in recruiting, headhunting, education & training, talent & culture development, HR advisory services and business management across markets in Vietnam, the Netherlands, and Southeast Asia.
According to Mekong Capital, Nga’s role at the group focuses on strengthening Mekong Capital’s talent acquisition and leadership development processes. Since joining in March 2024, her leadership and vision led to a dramatic transformation.
