The project will be implemented on an area of 15.25 hectares in Ghenh Rang ward, Quy Nhon town of Binh Dinh, south-central Vietnam.

The high-tech project is scheduled to commence from the first quarter of 2023 to the fourth in 2030, divided into three phases.

Phase 1 covers 8.13 hectares, including a center for research and development of high technology with design ideas inspired by Apple Park, headquarters of Apple Corporation in Cupertino, California, U.S.

Phase 2, covering 4.31 hectares, includes an academy for training experts and high-tech human resources.

An area of 2.81 hectares is earmarked for phase 3 construction of an area offering "training and experiences of the basic life skills of global citizens".

FPT has implemented many large-scale projects across the country like the 1,600-hectare Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park in Hanoi, 181-hectare FPT urban area in Danang, and 240-hectare FPT Tam Ky-Quang Nam technology, education and urban area in nearby Quang Nam province.

In late June, FPT announced it planned to invest VND6,000 billion ($258 million) in Danang in the years 2022-2025. It has also proposed to develop three complex projects in Khanh Hoa province that will include technology facilities, housing areas, resorts and services.
