Ninh Thuan grants investment certificates to 7 manufacturing, energy, infrastructure projects

The south-central province of Ninh Thuan has awarded seven investment registration certificates to projects in the fields of manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure, with total registered capital of VND4.88 trillion ($192.54 million).

The certificates were granted to the investors at a Sunday conference to announce the provincial master plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, and to promote investment in the province.

Three projects in the manufacturing sector include the Ninh Thuan textile and dyeing factory of Da Lat Fiber Company Limited (VND637.9 billion or $25.17 million); the Hoang Thanh Do Luong garment factory of Hoang Thanh Do Luong Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (VND200 billion or $7.9 million); and a beverage factory of Saigon Tropical Drinks Joint Stock Company (VND100 billion).

The energy projects are the VND1.73 trillion ($68.26 million) Phuoc Huu wind power plant of Ha Do Group Joint Stock Company, and the VND1.7 trillion Vietnam Power Project No. 1 developed by Palatial Global Inc.

The remaining two are the VND276.5 billion ($10.9 million) Go Ninh Thuan shopping center of Viet Nhat Real Estate Joint Stock Company, and the VND235.6 billion ($9.3 million) Ischool Ninh Thuan Kindergarten and High School under International School Development and Investment Company Limited.

Also at the event, the provincial People's Committee awarded investment registration memoranda for seven other projects with total registered capital of VND115.12 trillion ($4.54 billion).

Of these, four energy projects include a green hydrogen research and development project of Trung Nam Construction Investment Corporation; an offshore wind power project of T&T Group; the Tri Hai wind power plant of Bim Group; and the Dam Nai 3 and Dam Nai 4 wind power project of the joint venture between TSV Joint Stock Company and The Blue Circle Company Limited.

In the manufacturing sector, there is a project to produce wind power equipment and steel structure products of Dai Dung Corporation, and a green technology and post-salt chemicals complex of Bim Group.

One real estate project is Ca Na Industrial Park of Trung Nam Ca Na Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company.
