What makes NobleGo - Vietnam’s first home-bidding livestream platform - so notable?
NobleGo – Vietnam’s pioneering AI-powered livestream real estate bidding platform developed by Sunshine Group – has completed its first 20 livestream sessions.
It aims to promote transparency, enhance market liquidity, and accelerate digital transformation in Vietnam’s real estate sector.
The first NobleGo livestream officially aired on July 1, 2025, marking the debut of an unprecedented real estate format in Vietnam: customers place live bids to compete for ownership of high-end or branded real estate, all during a live broadcast.
The philosophy “Buy your home, your way – Set your price” has become the defining slogan of this distinctive format.

Vietnamese-built tech enables real-time home bidding for branded properties via livestream
Rather than relying on global platforms like Facebook or TikTok, Sunshine developed NobleGo as a feature integrated into the Noble App - an exclusive application built by its technology arm Unicloud. The livestreams air regularly at 8 p.m. every Tuesday and Friday.
Positioned as a “tailored AI-powered real estate platform” for the Vietnamese market, NobleGo enables customers to access comprehensive project information and place live bids directly within the app.
Remarkably, NobleGo is also Vietnam’s first real estate livestream to be broadcast simultaneously on both digital platforms and national television, including VTVcab and affiliated networks like SCTV, MyTV, and TV360, underscoring Sunshine’s commitment to transparency and its mastery of core technologies.
By mid-September 2025, NobleGo had completed 20 livestream sessions, setting multiple firsts: featuring multi-million-dollar villas in live bidding sessions, integrating AI-powered market analysis, and launching a VND500 million ($19,000) charity pledge per livestream. This is expected to open a new chapter in Vietnam’s digitally transformed real estate market.
The product portfolio ranges from ultra-luxury million-dollar villas to premium apartments priced at just VND2-3 billion ($113,748): customers set their own prices, with most deals closed at least 10-20% below market rates

No more fixed prices. At NobleGo, customers can actively set their own prices and have the opportunity to own property at some of the most competitive rates on the market today.
After the first 20 livestream sessions, Sunshine has introduced a diverse range of exclusive real estate listings from prominent projects such as Sunshine Green Iconic, Sunshine City, Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence, Noble Palace Long Bien, Noble Crystal Long Bien, Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, Sunshine Sky City, and Sunshine Legend City.
These listings include everything from multi-million-dollar luxury villas, unique Sky Villas, and branded shophouses to the latest offerings - premium studio apartments priced at just VND2-3 billion ($113,748).

A wide product portfolio on NobleGo livestreams: from million-dollar villas to VND2-3 billion ($113,748) studio apartments, all with transparent legal status, clear construction progress, and real end-user value.
Through a real-time pricing mechanism, customers can set their own prices with just a few taps on their phones. Gone are the days of passively accepting listed prices, buyers now take control of their purchasing decisions and have the chance to acquire properties at highly competitive, even below-expected prices.
After 20 livestream sessions, the majority of buyers were able to "close deals" at prices at least 10-20% lower than the market average. Notably, in the session 18 on September 5, a buyer successfully secured a unit at Sunshine Legend City in Hung Yen province for 45% below market value, thanks to a special offer from Sunshine.
It is worth noting that the livestream’s goal is not to sell at the highest prices, but rather to broaden access to high-quality real estate at the most competitive rates for end-users.

NobleGo livestreams aim not to maximize prices but to increase accessibility to quality real estate for end-users.
In addition to its unique bidding mechanism, NobleGo has made a strong impression with several firsts.
Firstly, it was the first real estate livestream platform to showcase million-dollar villas, with one being sold for nearly VND70 billion ($2.65 milliion) during a session.
Secondly, it pioneered the use of AI as a virtual assistant to provide real-time project consultation and market analysis, enhancing deal-closing opportunities.
Thirdly, it set records with lucky draw prizes of up to VND200 million in cash for viewers, with all winner selection algorithms publicly disclosed for transparency and verifiability.
Fourthly, notably, it pledged VND500 million ($19,000) per session to support charitable initiatives such as "Cap la yeu thuong" (A couple of loving leaves) by Vietnam Television.

Customers are supported by an intelligent AI assistant integrated into the Noble App, offering project information, market trend analysis, and real-time personalized consultation.
3.2 million views and interactions during livestreams; VND10 billion ($379,161) in charitable contributions to build 28 new homes and two schools
As of the session 20 on September 12, NobleGo had garnered an impressive 3.2 million views and cross-platform interactions during livestreams; 100 million brand impressions; 14 million ad impressions; over 300 media articles published; and Noble App downloads surged by 75% in August-September compared to June.
With its transparency, verified listings, fair pricing, and strong community engagement, many experts believe that NobleGo could become a model for the future, helping shape the trend of online real estate transactions in Vietnam.
Speaking to the media about this pioneering platform, Dr. Dang Trung Tuyen from the University of Economics under Vietnam National University, Hanoi commented that Sunshine Group has demonstrated keen strategic insight by choosing the right tools at the right time to achieve maximum impact.
“It has proven that even a complex, trust-based service like branded real estate transactions can succeed via livestream, provided the approach is creative and genuine enough,” he said.
