PharmaxisGroup launches e-commerce platform, partnership with MBBank
PharmaxisGroup Vietnam on Wednesday launched e-commerce platform khoduoconline.com, and embarked on a comprehensive strategic partnership with Military Bank to boost the initiative.
With the e-commerce site, the company seeks to catch up with the business-to-business (B2B) trend to "open up many breakthrough opportunities" for businesses in the pharmaceutical industry, it said in a release.
The B2B platform aims to help manufacturers, importers, and distributors in the industry expand business, as well as assist small and medium enterprises and retail pharmacies in sharpening their competitive edge and maximizing profits amid market volatility and fierce competition.
MBBank said it sees the partnership with PharmaxisGroup as an important business step. Photo courtesy of PharmaxisGroup.
Developed by PharmaxisGroup Vietnam, khoduoconline.com focuses on supplying pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, medical equipment and tools. It serves as a “one-stop” shop to maximize convenience and profits by minimizing intermediate stages.
The platform will help pharmacies seek capital from associated banks to diversify products like pharmaceuticals, functional foods, and medical supplies. It will also assist them in recruiting sales staff and finding prime locations (without a pharmacy within a radius of two kilometers) to open new stores, as well as provide them legal advice.
Truong Cong Hien, founder and CEO of PharmaxisGroup Vietnam, called the partnership "a significant milestone for both sides".
“I am extremely proud to be a partner of MBBank, a leading financial institution in Vietnam that pioneers digital transformation in the field of banking. The bank boasts an extensive network of branches and transaction offices in both urban and rural areas nationwide," he said.
MBBank stated it sees the comprehensive partnership with PharmaxisGroup as an important step to strengthen its services for Vietnamese businesses in general and pharmaceutical enterprises.
PharmaxisGroup and MBBank will closely work together to roll out specific cooperation measures for each period that will best match practical conditions. They are committed to making the most of their resources and strengths to enhance their positions and competitiveness "on a win-win basis".
