Phat Dat featured among Vietnam's 100 best places to work

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp has been named among Vietnam's 100 Best Places to Work 2022, a list compiled by human resource consultancy Anphabe and sponsored by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

This year, the list collected responses from nearly 58,000 staff of 515 firms and rated the prestige of 515 employers in 20 sectors, per criteria of business reputation, working environment, management and leadership, compensation and benefits, career path, and quality of work life.

Phat Dat, listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) as PDR, was ranked seventh out of 15 in the real estate sector. Additionally, PDR was honored in the list of top 50 Vietnamese attractive employers.

After 18 years of development, PDR has established its corporate culture, which embraces positivity and no scarification of wellness for growth. The firm consistently builds “family culture-professionalism-kind behavior,” connecting and uniting its staff and helping the firm achieve strong growth.

PDR has also made its footprint on the labor market with competitive personnel policies and salaries. In 2021, the firm issued six million shares under an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) worth VND120 billion ($4.83 million).

The average wage hike at PDR is 12.12%, twice the average market rate and in the top of the real estate sector. The firm spent VND18.4 billion ($740,000) on training, healthcare, sports, tourism, and insurance in 2021.
